Great few days! Worked hard looking at a big leak and although its not cured by any means it has been quite a big step in my learning process. Got to thank Ilidek for spotting the strategic leak in game and for spending a lot of time with me over last 5 days looking into it but almost as big (if not bigger wrt future) is seeing that I should have spotted the problem myself by how I reacted mentally to the particular situation.
KEY POINT: If you are blocking something out/avoiding something it is a big indicator that it is something you need to work on!
Over the next few days I need to consider now whether to continue working on these spots in my game specifically or to keep it in mind but go back to working on whatever it was I was working on before! Ilidek has taught me to try not to work on so many things at once - let's try and master a couple of things first!!!
Got to keep my eye on burn-out. I really spent hours on this over the last few days. My eyes are really sore and I'm running on auto-pilot at work. Don't feel close yet but some small signs are telling me to use my rest day wisely this weekend

Ola amigos!! My son and I have been ill last few days (him far worse than me btw) so lost 2 hours play in favour of sleep. Didn't get any MORE sleep due to son waking up etc but that was the trade off.

My biggest customer suddenly tells me they cannot buy from the company I work for any more (gulp!).
One of my work colleagues almost cuts his arm clean off on wood cutting machinery so is now in hospital.
Son stopped breathing for 10 seconds and his temperature dropped around 5 degrees so he ended up in A+E at 11.50pm but he is ok now thankfully!
Was crazy 24 hours I tell ya!!!
Poker-wise still running nicely and the upswing continues. Lost some hours due to illnesses of son and me but managed to catch up on my day off.

Had great coaching today. I was having trouble adjusting to big stations. I see how to do this in other videos but seems so much better for me to learn actively on my hands than someone else's. I don't really know why that is but it seems the case! I need to adjust my learning a lot too it seems. Anyway found some leaks there that will make big changes to win rate so looking forward to working on those.
