Well, im not sure about my adventure at nl50.. I played ~70k hands.. still hanging around the zero. It starts to be really frustrating.
I even know what is the cause.
At the beggining, i was playing abc nl25style with redline going to hell.
I improved that, my red line is slightly above 0.. or mby there is even some upward going tendency, but my blue line dropped rapidly..
I guess it will take lot more time to adapt new more aggro style, improve postflop game and find balance.
Very often I feel like i cannot recognize in the hand what is +EV bluff and what is mindless spewing.. 2days ago I spewed 4stacks on bluffs that had no chance to succeed.
Its easy for me to review the hand and understand it after 2minutes, but I have dificulities to recognize it in those highpressure 30seconds or so..

Worse even, I am getting lost between what is good play n what is just luck in my favor.

Well that's a tradeoff by improving your red line

Furthermore play less tables to get more control, focus and time on your tables

Just one question. Is NL25rush still considered soft? I played about 10k nontracked hands there so I don't really know how to play that format yet. My aim is to basically play a large number of hands with at least some decent winrate(+RB) to get my BR up really fast(I have pretty decent winrate in regular FR games @ NL10,NL25). Is that achievable?

Well, the last timeI played nl25rush was on 30th of february, so Im not rly sure how the game changed during last month n sthing .. But, I think its pretty easily beatable by playing ABC.. And crushable hard if you can use some agression in marginal spots...
Played like 110k in March n got close to 2K(incl 550 bonus+rb)
So I think that If ur goal is to griiiiind ur ass of with some marginal wr, Rush poka is the way to go..
