J'ai eu une réponse plus précise du (des) joueurs de poker qui louait la maison sur laquelle j'ai flashé (jpeux montrer les photos si y'a des interessés), il va me mettre en contact avec le propriétaire.
My guess is, if you started in September and stayed 6 months, he'll ask 75k/month for half high season half low season. if he does offer that, it's a really good deal. Dec-Feb are by far the best months of high season.
he'll also ask for a large deposit. i think we paid first months rent plus two months deposit. unlike nearly every landlord in thailand, this is not a problem. he doesn't try and stiff you with bull**** excuses to take your money... as a matter of fact he uses the deposit money to pay the bills. after our first six months we figured things out, and gave him another deposit to cover bills for our second stint.
he's a really good guy.
bills have a large variance in that house. it depends on how often you want the maids to come in (it was 700 or 800 per day for two maids, i believe) how much you use A/C (when i was the only one in the house, electric was really cheap b/c i didn't use the A/C at all. we had one guy who could add 8k/month by himself running A/C all the time even with the doors open) how much water you consume (water is trucked up so it's not super cheap... expect to pay about 2-3k month) and finallly what internet/cable packages you want. he's got a cool setup with a load balancer and fiberoptic access for one of the best/most stable connections i've seen in thailand... but that costs you 8k for the fiberoptic 10meg plus 2.5k for the backup that is almost everyone else's primary....plus cable per floor.
it can add up. i think the most we ever paid in a month was 40k, the least around 20k.
En gros si on fait une moyenne très haute avec 35k de factures ca donnerait un total de 110k BTH/mois et donc 22k/personne maximum.(680$ ou 540€) Ce sera probablement moins si on laisse pas l'airco allumé tout le temps 
J'espère avoir des réponses bientot, la maison est vraiment sick, ce serait cool de pouvoir la réserver pour septembre avant qu'elle nous passe sous le nez !
Après je comprends que c'est pas une décision facile ou a prendre à la légère, jveux forcer la main à personne !
