Do we have to pay taxes if we have benefits?
How much rake do we pay in cash and MTT?
Are the players good or fishes?

your questions are for online poker, or for live poker?

1) We are supposed to do it now, but nobody do it. Only pros have problems with gouvenrment actually.

Some players have to pay more than they won in their live especially for MTTs.

2) In casinos the rake is 4% no cap, and a rake even if you doesn't saw a flop.
Online it's something like 6.5%, cap 3€ or 3.5€ depend of the room, no flop no drop.

There are places you can play live poker it's called 'cercles de jeu' I don"t know about the rake there, it's less than in casinos. Maybe 4% with a cap? Hope someone will answer to you about it.

3) In live there are lots of fish in 1/2€ and in 2/4€ NLE. Not a lot of fish in Omaha PLO, because it's too complicated game, so there are less fishes in omaha.

Online, there are still fishes, but less and less. You can find lots of fishes in NL25 and under.

In NL50, its hard to see fishes, you have to choose the good tables. In NL200 you are in the french Highstackes lol. No fish at all, if you are lucky you will see 1 or 2 sometimes, but now, you have to learn how to beat regulars.

For MTTs, lots of fishes in 20€ and less, I personally have no edge for 100€ and more.

I Don't know about live MTT. I only played MTT > 1500€

Are you going to play online or live?

As far as I know, only players with huge benefits are likely to pay taxes. Rake is higher than .com rooms I think. I don't know exact numbers, it might be a little bit different from a room to another.

As far level is concerned, it's less fishy than it was when the french market was launched, even though I can't quite compare with .com since I can't play on them ^_^ However if you beat the game on .com you should do just fine if not better on .fr rooms !

Si eres espanol i residente fiscal espanol pienso que tiene que pagar taxa como si fue beneficio de poker en Espana.
No importe donde gana los dineros, lo que importe es su situacion fiscal.

He is right. If you are a spanish fiscal resident, you have to follow the spanish legislation.

So if people has to pay tax if they win money at poker in spain, you'll have to do it.

Je n'ai travaillé jamais en Espagne et je vie a Caen avec une compte bancaire français. Je dois payer encore taxes en Espagne?

Pd: Il y a quelque endroit pour jouer poket a Caen? Ou? C'est bonne idée ?
