Main 1 je suis battu par 66 2x JJ-AA ça fait pas un range énorme non plus, sur l'oberbet je dois fold mais je trouve ça dur jsuis hyper exploitable si je fold top 2 des qu'un backdoor rentre.

Main 3 après mon cbet et son shove j'ai besoin de 23% d'équité et je les ai en moyenne donc quoiqu'on en dise, si , c'est un call.

Main 2 ok crade mais ça me soule de fold tp sur un truc aussi drawy

Main 3 le mec a 0% de 3Bet sur 80 mains, il a un PFR de 10, quand il te 3B il a jamais moins bien que AK préflop...

Sur un board TJx, il a JJ+ AK, ton AK est pas favoris du tout, tes outs ne sont pas clean a part les Q...

Même s'il a que JJ+ c'est un call breakeven sur ce board après mon cbet:

Limite give up après son flat du 4bet jpense c'est le mieux. Le fold preflop est envisageable avec un plus gros sample de mains.

Petite session ajd, pas trop mal 27BB/100 des ups et des downs pendant la session, tendu a gérer comme situation.

Sale traversée du désert qui continue, 2k hands ajd, -250bb de non showdown winnings... Rien a faire de ce côté la j'en ai un peu marre...

Pas envie d'écrire un roman dessus mais aucune situation favorable ou presque lors de mes sessions, quelques suckouts, 1 set toutes les 40 pp enfin that's poker. J'essaie de faire du volume pour essayer de chasser ce bad run au plus vite mais c'est dur moralement.

Ça me fait la même chose sauf que pour mon cas ça tombe en pleine montée de limite... C'est encore plus "blasant"

Bon je ressort d'une heure de coaching avec luronbch, super coach analyses précises claires, bon conseils, vraiment sympa.

J'ai montré des mains bien dégueulasses (hé oui ça sert a rien de montrer une main où t'as destack le fish de la table) j'en ressort donc avec de bon conseils et des leaks précis sur lesquels je dois travailler. Je vais jouer moins de tables je vais passer a 4-5 je pense car au final je fais des erreurs en jouant trop de tables.

Faut que je travaille mon ratio VPIP/PFR. Je call un peu trop et 3bet pas assez faut que j'arrive à monter aux alentours de 8% de 3bet ce serait cool.

Faut aussi que j'arrête de surjouer mes mains parfois quand je joue contre un bon vilain dont j'ai l'impression qu'il m'exploite j'ai bcp de mal a fold et je me retrouve a lui livrer mon stack plutôt que d'avoir perdu quelques BB.

Bref, beaucoup de points a bosser et je m'en réjouis ! C'est ça la partie cool ! Apprendre à jouer mieux ! Gagner n'est pas la fin en soi, le but c'est d'optimiser, d'avoir un jeu parfait le plus souvent possible !

Ptain encore une session merdique cette après midi, mais j'ai bien mieux joué donc je suis content. -1.5 caves c'est rien et bcp à la fois parce que c'est de plus en plus dur moralement.

Vivement que je chatte mes tirages mes sets floppés et que je me fasse payer mes grosses paires. Je commence a en avoir marre...

Quelques situations intéressantes au début puis vers 23-32' après plus grand chose il me semble.

Pour la main a 25' j'ai dit "et merde" parce que pour moi quand il instacall il a tjs mieux ici. S'il avait tank call c'était différent.

Désolé pour le micro pourrave et les quintes de toux, allergie au pollen ! Ah et désolé pour le strong langage aussi (les gros mots quoi :transpire:)

Edit: Ah oui, codes couleur:
- Jaune = fish
- Fish = fish ultime
- Vert = plutôt mauvais
- Rouge = reg (pas forcément bon)
- Orange/Jaune = A l'air ok mais pas grand chose sur lui
- Rose/Gris = Rock (super tight)

Oh ce que c'est laid. Même en review j'avais pas vu que j'ai check back j'étais obnubilé par le QQ. Qui après reflexion est un fold assez standard. J'aurai du le faire plus vite.

C'est honnêtement pas ma line normale le check back sur la quinte c'est vraiment juste parce que j'étais en pleine reflexion sur le QQ.
J'avais jamais rencontré ce genre de situation ou le mec 4bet shove.

Bon j'ai eu une super session ce matin. 48bb/100 hands des livraisons mais plutôt bien joué je trouve. J'ai filmé, du coup je suis en train de sauver la vidéo et je vais la up sur youtube dans les prochaines heures.

C'est vraiment bien de se filmer ça permet d'expliquer a voix haute ce pourquoi on fait les choses et je pense que ça rentre finalement.

Ça me permet aussi de moins call light et donc de perdre moins de thunes sur des coups à la con.

Jpense que j'ai pas mal progressé et je fais moins d'erreurs ou je livre mon stack.

Le move du jour: le 3 barrel dégressif

Qu'est ce que le 3 barrels dégressif ?

Le 3 barrels dégressif c'est simple. Lorsque vous avez une main comme 8 :club:5 et que le flop vient 5 :diamond:T :heart:A et vous checkez. Le fish en face de vous mise encore une fois la moitié du pot alors que vous lui avez bien montré que vous aviez une bonne main en payant depuis les blinds à une nouvelle agression de sa part.
Vous décidez que cela suffit et vous minraisez. J'insiste; toute plus grosse relance ici n'est pas tolérable. Juste un minraise, vous ne voulez pas qu'il se couche !
Le fish en face call. C'est sur il n'a pas d'As sinon il aurait fait tapis. Qui ne fait pas tapis avec un As ?

La turn vient K
Pas la peine de se décourager, on a encore probablement la meilleure main. Mais pas besoin de miser trop fort, on ne veut pas le décourager. Misons donc 0.5 dans 1.6 pas la peine de forcer.
Il paie. Il a probablement un tirage.

La river importe peu, il suffit de miser encore une fois. Par exemple 0.7 dans le pot de 2.6. C'est pas mal.

Le fish en face avait AQ ? C'est juste pas de chance. Même les très mauvais joueurs agressifs ont de bonnes mains parfois.

Usez et abusez du 3 barrels dégressif.

Il est important de se souvenir de la règle: ne jamais miser une proportion plus importante du pot au turn qu'au flop et a la river qu'au turn. D'où le nom: 3 barrels dégressif

Contre qui utiliser le 3 barrels dégressif ?

Le 3 barrels dégressif est très utile contre le genre de joueur qui bluffe sans cesse en relançant leurs mains.

Pourquoi relancer une main alors qu'on ne sait même pas ce qui va venir au flop !
