[Chiuso] Elephant: come risolvere il problema del mancato Import delle HH

Se state importando mani da SNG/MTT, non vi compaiono perché Elephant per ora supporta solo mani cash.

Si , ho messo il mio nick name e seguito il video introduttivo ... ma importo le mani me le salva nella cartella di elephant ... ma non mi da statistiche e mi dice no data available ....

Sembra l'errore tipico causato dal formato ora sballato, altre cause non ne vedo altrimenti... le HH sono in inglese ovviamente, giusto?

io non riesco a creare la banca dati all'inizio...mi dice:

a me invece da errore quando importo le mani...me le trasferisce nella cartella ma mi dice errore su tutte le mani...mi da tipo 35000 errori...vi prego aiutatemi perchè ho seguito il video ma non so cosa fare...grazie

ciao ho installato elephant, ho creato la mia banca dati ma quando vado sulle impostazioni UHD mi appare un messaggio di errore:

Sembra che tu abbia un problema con Framework, fai un update di windows per aggiornare Framework all'ultima versione e vedi se il problema sparisce.

No, la key si deve cambiare perché il tuo codice macchina ovviamente cambia dopo il format.

Se hai già usato le due licenze disponibili iniziali, manda un ticket chiedendo una terza licenza causa format.
