credo di averlo gia' chiesto in passato ma poi non ho mai risolto perche' non partivano i tavoli....ora vedo che lo Zoom 100NL su Stars parte regolarmente e vorrei riuscire a far funzionare HUD, che al momento non parte. Sapreste come fare?

Ho trovato il thread con le istruzione usando la funzione ricerca ed anche il link al FAQ di HM messo dal buon yyyuri, ora provo

Grazie ragazzi, ho fatto partire tutt come Admin come da spiegazione, ma non va, credo possa essere dovuto all'antivirus....qualcuno di voi usa McCafee? Comunque adesso ci smanetto un po' e vedo.
Purtroppo non ho risolto, ho seguito tutte le istruzioni, aggiunto i file da essere esclusi in Mc Cafee, etc, etc. ma non ha funzionato...ho mandato tutte le info a HM Support e mi hanno detto di rimuovere/re-installare l'antivirus, etc. etc, che non e' che mi ispiri molto 
Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.
Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:
1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles - i.e. Uninstall McAffee
2) Reboot your computer
3) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1011/Software+Security+Problems+%28Firewall%29
4) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

To do this please close HM2 and Poker Stars.
1. Go to C:\Program Files\PokerStars (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
2. Right click the PokerStars.exe and choose “Properties”.
3. Go to the Compatibility Tab and select “Run this program as an Administrator”. If this option is greyed out it is because the UAC is disabled and you are already running as admin so there is no need to change anything.
4. Please repeat steps 1-3 for PokerStarsUpdate.exe, holdemmanager.exe and HudFuncsApp.exe in C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version) although holdemmanager.exe should already be set to run as admin by default.
Se continua a non funzionare:
1. Disabilita Windows Defender ( che non è un antivirus)
2. Disabilita l'antivirus, se ce ne è uno installato.
E riprova a vedere se funziona.
Se funziona devi fare le esclusion sull'antivirus:
