Americas Cardroom is making serious waves in the poker world right now, both on the live circuit and on the virtual felt. After Conor O’Driscoll’s remarkable back-to-back title run at EPT Monte Carlo, the spotlight has now shifted to another ACR Poker name and one of the true legends of the game.

Chris Moneymaker reminded everyone that he can still beat elite fields, taking down the Phil’s Thrill PKO on Sunday for more than $191,000 in prize money and bounties. But that was only the start of his run.

The ACR Poker pro jumped straight into one of the flagship events of the $20,000,000 Online Super Series, which runs from May 11 to May 25. The $1,050 OSS #2 Main Event attracted 827 entries, but Moneymaker once again rose to the top, bagging 185.61 big blinds and the overall chip lead after Day 1A.

With at least $300,000 waiting for the eventual winner, Moneymaker is now in position for another major score and proving that, more than two decades after changing poker forever, he remains a serious threat in the modern online game.

OSS Heads Into Final Weekend

ACR Poker’s flagship Online Super Series (OSS) is heading into its final weekend, with some of the biggest tournaments of the schedule still ahead and millions in guaranteed prize money left to play for before the series concludes on Memorial Day.

The OSS features more than $20 million guaranteed across 171 events, with buy-ins ranging from $5.50 to $2,650. As the series enters its closing stretch, attention now turns to Sunday, May 24, when the Day 1B flights of the three marquee Main Events take center stage.

Three Major Main Events Take the Spotlight

Sunday’s lineup includes a $1.5 million guaranteed Main Event with a $2,650 buy-in, another $1.5 million guaranteed tournament with a $1,050 buy-in, and a $1 million guaranteed Main Event with a $215 buy-in. All three flights begin at 11:05 a.m. ET, with surviving players returning on Monday, May 25, for Day 2 action and a run toward the final tables.

One of the biggest storylines belongs to ACR Pro Chris Moneymaker, who finished Day 1A as the chip leader in the $1,050 Main Event. The 2003 WSOP Main Event champion now returns in prime position, chasing another major online poker title during one of ACR Poker’s biggest series of the year.

The $215 Main Event is also expected to draw a large field, giving mid- and lower-stakes players a shot at a seven-figure guaranteed prize pool without a high-roller buy-in. Players looking for another affordable Sunday option can target the $66 OSS event, which comes with a $250,000 guarantee and starts at 11:30 a.m. ET.

Multi-Flights, Mystery Bounties and Leaderboard Value

Beyond the Main Events, the $630 Main Multi-Flight continues with a $1 million guarantee, while several Mystery Bounty tournaments are also moving toward their final stages. Highlights include a $750,000 GTD Mystery Bounty with a $109 buy-in, plus additional Mystery Bounty events offering $150,000 GTD for $33 and $75,000 GTD for $5.50.

The OSS leaderboard races are also tightening, with $30,500 in prizes awarded across the High and Low divisions, fully funded by ACR Poker. With the final weekend now underway, this is the last major window for players to take a shot at the biggest remaining guarantees in the ACR Poker Online Super Series.
