For the start of the new round of Battle of the Donkeys, there are a record number of staking promotions in which you can qualify to play for free in the 15k GTD on PokerStars.

Since we are starting off the new season of the Battle of the Donkeys this Sunday, there are a record number of promotions in which players can win spots on the official teams! If you have talent for making graphics, know ICM, or if you just have some good ideas - it should be no problem grabbing a spot in one of the BOD teams and having a chance to win a ticket to the Sunday Million by the end of the Season! STAKING DEAL?

What is a staking deal? Every week the team leaders offer staking deals to the players that qualified for their teams. That means they pay the participant the $5,50 entry fee to the 15k GTD at 14 ET on PokerStars in return for 50% of the winnings the player receives should he get ITM. Yet the 50% of the money doesn't actually go back to the admin's pocket! Instead, it is collected in a large pot that is distributed among players of the winning teams at the end of the season. For details check here: Round 2 New Structure New Prizes Staking deals not only allow players who do not have a sufficient bankroll to take part in such a large tournament to play without risking their own money but they also make it possible to build a nice prizepool by the end of the season. To win such a staking deal, you need to either qualify for one of the 5 teams or else win one the various weekly staking giveaways!
