Daniel Negreanu starts streaming on Twitch
Kid Poker follows in the footsteps of fellow PokerStars pros, ElkY, Jason Somerville, Felix Schneiders and Jaime Staples.
Having been helped out on the technical side of things by established poker streamer Jaime Staples - who recently joined Team PokerStars - Daniel Negreanu has now started his own channel on Twitch:

4,000 viewers in under 60 minutes
Within an hour of his trial run last night Kid Poker had attracted an audience of over 4,000 people. The next most popular poker stream on Twtich at the time had less than 400 viewers.
Though it was "only" play money action on display - Negreanu was streaming from his home in Las Vegas where real money gaming on PokerStars is still illegal - those who tuned in were thoroughly entertained, reporting back on a 3-hour Q&A session featuring a discussion about High Stakes Poker hands.
It remains to be seen how frequently Negreanu will actually use Twitch, but he's already promised that more action will follow soon:

Jason Somerville, who pioneered poker on Twitch, currently sets the bar as the most viewed poker streamer and boasts almost 90,000 followers.
But considering it's only been a matter of hours since Negreanu created his account and he's already hit 4,200, Somerville may be in for some serious - but knowing these guys highly friendly - competition for his spot as top dog.
