JayP-AA up over $1 million this year
Meanwhile Phil ivey is still the biggest loser online by a huge margin in the nosebleed cash games.
Unknown PokerStars player 'JayP-AA' had a great week last week to push his 2015 winnings over the $1 million mark.
A particularly good day at the $50/$100 PLO tables saw him bank $152k, which was enough to push his winnings this year to $1.06 million at the time of writing.
This makes him the only player so far this year to boast over seven-figures in profit at the nosebleed tables. Ilari Sahamies was up to $1.08 million briefly, but that has dropped back quite significantly to $628,420.
Not a great deal is known about JayP-AA, but he has been a regular at high stakes PLO since 2011. This run of form he is currently on is by far his biggest ever. He had a losing year last year which means that his lifetime tracked profit is just under $800k.
Ivey still the biggest loser
In stark contrast, the biggest loser of 2015 is perhaps the best known player in the game. Phil Ivey remains the biggest loser of the year to the tune of $1,584,470 at the online tables.
It has been a roller coaster year for Ivey, who won an Aussie Millions Super High Roller this year for AUS$2,205,000 and just last week turned heads by appearing in a Chrysler advert.
However, his massive online losses coupled with the fact that his $9.6 million court case with the Borgata has been given the green light, still loom over the great one's head in 2015.
