Major upgrade to GGPoker Smart HUD

The built-in HUD now displays a lot of the core stats that third-party tracking software provides.

Last month we wrote about the future of poker including built-in HUDs and this month GGPoker have vastly improved theirs. 

Previously the only useful stats you could see were the win percentage and VPIP, which didn't provide much information. 

Now their offering is very robust and a genuine rival to third-party tracking software. The new stats include:

VPIP (Voluntarily Put Money in the Pot), PFR (Pre Flop Raise), ATS (Attempt to Steal), 3-Bet, CB (Continuation Bet), FCB (Fold to Continuation Bet), CCB (Call Continuation Bet), RCB (Raise Continuation Bet), WT (Went to Showdown), WSD (Won Money at Showdown), TAF (Total Aggression Frequency) and the number of hands you have seen your opponent play. 

These stats are only based on the hands you have witnessed a player play at the table, but you can also see their biggest wins for the game type. The HUD also segments key stats for flop, turn and river.

For some players who use a HUD already these stats cover about 80% of what they look for, rendering a third-party HUD much less useful. For players who have never used a HUD before these stats really do level the playing field and open up a side of poker they have not been exposed to before. 

Last month iPoker were the latest operator to launch a built-in HUD on their platform.
