PokerStars.com EPT Barcelona: LeChiffre19 Leads the Final Table
PokerStrategists LeChiffre19 cruised into the final table of the PokerStars.com EPT Barcelona Main Event. He started Day 4 as the chip leader, hung on to the lead for most of the day and will start the final table with twice the average chip count.
The PokerStars.com EPT Barcelona Main Event is now down to its final day. Only 8 players have successfully made it into the final table and with €70,000 already in the bag, they will return for one last day to battle for the €825,000 first place prize.
Just one PokerStrategist, Giuseppe "lechiffre19" Pantaleo (pictured right) survived Day 4 out of the three that started. LeChiffre19 will start the final table as the chip leader and holds a 1.5 million chip lead over second placed Konstantin Puchkov.
Meanwhile, operga and ace0ntheriver both took home €20,000 after busting out in 19th and 23rd place. Ace0nTheRiver was knocked out by Puchkov early on when Puchkov called his short-stacked shove with 7-7. About an hour later, Operga also left the room, and most remarkably, he was also knocked out b y 7-7, this time held by Ognjen Sekularac.

Smooth sailing on Day 4 for LeChiffre19

Since hitting his low point of just 10 big blinds on Day 3, LeChiffre19 has not looked back and has since become the dominant force in this event. He never looked like missing out on the final table and the only blip in his perfect Day 4 was short span of 30 minutes where he briefly lost the chip lead to Kent Lundmark.
In one of the bigger pots of his Day 4, he crippled Luis Rufas when he turned a straight flush to retake the chip lead. On a board of 
, Rufas bet, another played folded, LeChiffre19 put in a raise and Rufas called. After 
came on the river, LeChiffre19 lead out with a big bet, Rufas called again and quickly mucked when he saw LeChiffre19's

Candido Goncalves became the final table bubble boy when he pushed all-in preflop with 
. Jesus Cortes Lizano looked down at 
and instantly called. Goncalves needed a really good board to stay alive, but it was not to be. His exit in 9th place earned him €50,000.
