CNN Money this week released a short piece surrounding the FTP shutdown, titled Did Poker Ponzi Steal my Rent?
It's an interesting feature which includes an interview with online pro Sean "jordankickz" Busse, and shows that the mainstream media are perhaps more in touch with the FTP story than we think.
PokerStrategy.com TV World Championship day 2
Day two of the PokerStrategy.com TV World Championship in London saw heats 2 and 3 get underway in a fast and furious day of poker.
It was a case of Russian power in yesterday's first heat as znah took the spoils and became the first player to progress to the final. You can find the reports of the action as well as photos and video interviews in our live ticker!

High stakes corner
The party seems to be well and truly over for "!P0krparty¡" as Ilari "Ilari FIN" Sahamies continued his exceptional form yesterday. The plucky Finn vaulted to the top of the 24 hr rankings with a chunky win good for $146,365 according to HSDB.
Meanwhile over in Macau, Phil Ivey is moving up in stakes, claims Poker King Club Macau's Facebook page. Today's update reads "Phil Ivey is playing 1000/2000 at Poker King Club now. If you would like to play with World Class Professional Poker Player, please come to Poker King Club ASAP!"
It seems Tom Dwan has been keeping himself busy in Macau too. The big game is set to get a lot bigger and it seems the big guns are arriving this week…

WPT Jacksonville
The final table of WPT Jacksonville is set. Six players return tonight to fight it out for the $325,928 top prize. Anthony Roberto takes the chip lead into the final table with 4,500,000 chips in his stack.
