Timothy Adams wins Triton Main Event for $3,536,550
Millions were won in every event last week but Tim Adams was the one who walked away with the 2nd biggest poker prize awarded in 2019 so far.

The first major Super High Roller series of 2019 from Triton Poker ended with Timothy Adams taking down the 2nd biggest prize of the year so far.
He defeated Bryn Kenney heads-up to take down the HKD 2,000,000 Main Event for HKD 27,760,000 ($3,536,550), which is second only to the PSPC first prize so far this year.
On top of the huge sums of money in Jeju, the amount of Short Deck Poker was notable in the series. Four of the seven events played were in the new all action format.
Jason Koon took down the biggest Short Deck event for the equivalent of $2,840,945. He is by far the biggest winner in the world in this format, with $7,512,977 in Short Deck winnings. He also won two events at the Triton series last week.
The next Triton Poker Series event is in Montenegro in May and as was teased last year at some point soon we should be hearing about the biggest buy-in tournament in poker history.
