WSOP 2010: Tonding Enters Day 3 in 12th Place
Tonding is one of the 31 players who will play in Day 3 of Event #24. akia also made the money in this event, but hit the rails in 307th place. Meanwhile, Nazgul and FA_Morgoth both qualified for Day 2 of event #26.
tonding and akia both made their first ever WSOP cashes today in the $1,000 No Limit Hold'em event. While akia exited not long after the money bubble burst, Tonding will return on Day 3 as one of the 31 players competing for a final table seat.
This event has a total prize pool of $2,960,100, and Tonding is already guaranteed at least $11,870. A final table seat is worth $38,629, while the champion of the event wins a WSOP bracelet and $503,389.
Meanwhile, Team PokerStrategy.com members 
RobbieV, Nazgul, Allanon and BongBob were all involved in the $2,500 No Limit Hold'em 6-max event. They were joined by a host of other PokerStrategists like draction, acidbrain, fa_morgoth, eleph and chessmasterd. Nazgul and FA_Morgoth were the only two who survived the day.

Tonding with a shot at his first WSOP final table
tonding started Day 2 with a relatively small and below average chip stack of just 14,625 chips. He steadily grew his chip stack throughout the day, and ended with the 12th largest stack of the 31 remaining players, holding 364,000 chips.
The chip leader of Event #24 is Joseph Grenon holds 857,000 chips, and Denish Murphy is second with 751,000. More than half of the remaining players will return to the tables on Day 3 with less than 20 big blinds, and blinds for Day 3 will start at 6,000/12,000 with an ante of 1,000.
In Event #26, Nazgul and fa_morgoth will enter Day 2 with 69,100 and 111,500 chips respectively. Just 156 players remain in this event and the top 126 will make the money. The total prize pool for this event stands at $2,863,500 and the winner's purse is worth $630,031.
