WSOP Circuit announces international stops for 2026

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) has announced its first raft of stops on its Circuit tour in 2026 and six different stops make up the schedule so far.

The WSOP have announced their first stops in 2026 and after switching to a calendar format, the dates for tournaments from January to April inclusive have been confirmed.

Countries such as Canada, France, and Morocco all feature in the line-up for the WSOP Circuit events in 2026, with two visits to North America in the first four months of the year, as well as stops in the home of WSOP Europe for many years, Rozvadov on the Czech-German border. A trip to Liechtenstein in February and March also features, with the Grand Casino in Gamprin a destination, a change from 2025, when visits to Tallinn in Estonia, Samorin in Slovakia, and Kahnawake in Canada were the non-American events.

Ty Stewart, the Chief Executive Officer of the WSOP, explained how this expansion and the change to a calendar-based season has been tailored to players’ desires.

“The WSOP Circuit is the lifeblood of our brand, consistently delivering world-class poker and massive prize pools to players across the globe,” he said. “Shifting to a calendar-year season for 2026 marks a new era of predictability for our players, allowing them to better plan their pursuit of the coveted gold rings.”

A new reward for WSOP Circuit winners

While this early part of the domestic and international schedule has been released, the second half of the year - and season - is still being withheld, only being made available to players just before the WSOP festival in Las Vegas next summer.

Looking at the 2nd half of 2025's schedule as a hint of what to expect, we might see stops in Slovakia, Estonia, Cyprus, the UK and Italy when the rest of the 2026 international stops are announced. 

One sweetener on offer to all WSOP Circuit winners in 2026 is the golden carrot of a $5,000 WSOP package to either WSOP Europe which, as we reported, will be held in Prague next year or WSOP Paradise. The 2025 WSOP Paradise festival just kicked off at Atlantis Resort and in both cases, the tournament buy-in and hotel accommodation will form part of those WSOP packages.
