WSOPE Kicks Off With Event #1: 6-Max No-Limit Hold'em
The 2012 World Series of Poker Europe began on Friday with Event #1. Tons of poker's biggest names are in Cannes, France for the opportunity to win big money and WSOP bracelets.
Poker players are always interested in opportunities to win WSOP bracelets, and over the next 2 weeks there will be 7 tournaments awarding them.
The 2012 World Series of Poker Europe began on Friday in Cannes, France and will run through October 4th. The tournament schedule is as follows:

The first day of play
Day 1 of Event #1 brought out tons of top pros including Phil Ivey, Phil Hellmuth, Michael Mizrachi, Vanessa Selbst, Antonio Esfandiari, and countless more.
A few PokerStrategists played as well, including Marvin xcrash154 Rettenmaier and Dominik ace0ntheriver Nitsche, but they both hit the rail on Day 1.
