Het psychologisch concept van make up zorgt trouwens ook voor een onbewust slechte ingesteldheid bij stakee als hij door variance down is imo.

Staking Agreement
Alan Jackson and Devin Bowen agree to stake the following player, __________, on___________Network.
Play
Do not play any stake/game that has not been approved.
When you drop down to 10 buys for your current level you will need to drop down and let us know.
Minimum volume of 40,000 hands per month. As per your conversation with Devin we won’t hold you to this volume requirement for heads up. 25,000 hands is the expected volume.
Account
With most of the sites we use, the affiliate manager (an employee of the site) will control your withdrawal and transfer privileges. Once you are out of our program he will no longer control those privileges.
Table Profits
The terms of the arrangement are a 60/40 split on table profits in the backees favor. Losses will roll over; for example, if you are stuck $500.00 at the end of the month but then make $1K in the next month, you are +$500.00 for the month, not +$1K.
If you start after the 15th of the month that partial month plus the first full month will constitute your month.
Any bbjp winnings will be split 60/40 in backees favor. Play the bbjp tables if you need to, but the rake is brutal so make sure the table is sufficiently soft. Any promotional prizes such as XXth billion hand, big prize drawings, free rolls, etc will be split 60/40 in backees favor.
Rackback
Rakeback will be split 50/50 if the player is losing for the calender month. Rakeback will be split 50/50 if the hand goal is not met. Player receives 100% of rakeback for profitable table results for the calendar month and the minimum hand goal is met. Backee keeps all points and bonus regardless of table profits as long as the minimum hand goal is met. Bonus is defined as small prizes that are designed to motivate you to grind such as rakeraces.
If playing on a site w/ points instead of rakeback (PartyPoker),points will be split at the rakeback rate. When points are cashed in we’ll figure out the split based upon previous monthly results. When the stake is finished you’ll need to give us our cut of any unredeemed points.
Coaching
You can (and are encouraged to) participate in our group coaching class each week. Recordings of classes are available via dropbox.
Alan will do a 90 minute stat review with you every 50K hands where he shows you what is working for you and gives you guidance on areas to focus on to improve.
Devin will make himself available for small group sweats through out the week and is heavily involved in the forum. We’ll have trusted coaches also doing small group sweats. Take the time to sweat other group members.
You’ll have a skype chat group with players playing similar stakes and time zone. These will be very beneficial to your game, we’ve had really great theory discussions.
Reporting
On the first of each month you will need to send in a report. We will need the following: All hands played (you’ll receive instructions how to do this). Screen shots showing your account balance, rakeback (if your site doesn’t show this use HM by adding rake paid to your reports), transfers and cashouts. You need to estimate what you believe the profit division (or make up) to be. During the first two months of the stake I would like updates at mid month, just a skype or email how you are doing, your volume and results.
Reporting is not optional. Please send it on time and complete. Continual tardiness in reporting will lead to termination of the staking agreement.
All hands are kept in a separate database, never shared with anyone and purged from our system when you leave our program.
Ending the Stake
We reserve the right to end the stake at any time.
You can end the stake at any time with the return of the stake and our portion of table profits. If there are no table profits return the remainder of the stake plus our portion of your rakeback.
If the stake is ended for cause we reserve the right to all rakeback earned.
Cause:
Playing stakes above your allowed level.
Not playing within your bankroll. We expect you to drop down in stakes if your roll reaches 10 buyins for your current level.
Account security breached (you get hacked). Protect your poker computer and use Keypass for password security.
Not meeting volume requirements.
Not sending bi-monthly reports on time.
Lack of communication.
