Lunitis, já tinhas enviado esse tipo de documentação para a antiga FTP?
eu ainda estou pior nao me lembro do email dessa conta 
é o que dá ter varios emails

Ola, se não terminou, é muito difícil encontrar informações sobre ele. Teria que encontrar alguém que lembre do torneio ou que tenha tirado print do lobby antes da queda.

Thank you very much for your enquiry.
Full Tilt Poker can confirm that we sent the email to all non-USA Full Tilt Poker players who had an account balance of over $3,500 (or €3,000). We sent it to this group of players because our new regulatory requirements in the Isle of Man require us to properly identify the owners of these accounts.
We are requesting these documents ahead of time so that the Full Tilt Poker accounts will be fully activated when we launch Full Tilt Poker by 6 November 2012.
At this time, we are verifying only a specific subset of our player base.
Due to volume concerns, we are optimising our resources in targeted correspondence. We will contact you in due course should we require you to verify your account.
We hope you appreciate that we will have a lot to review, verify/authenticate and will do our best to keep our players informed once information is available.
As you know, we have now concluded our agreement with the US Department of Justice and hence commit to paying players back and relaunching the Full tilt Poker site within 90 days, by November the 6th.
More information will be made available closer to the relaunch date.

Desculpe-me... tenho bem pouquinho lá, consegui retirar quase tudo de lá um pouco antes do "Black Friday". Mas ainda tinha bastante FTPs.
Eu acho q a FTP deveria por em seu site os procedimentos para 'reativar a conta'
Email que devemos mandar, documentação que precisa enviar e entre outras burocracias necessárias
