Доброго Времени суток.
Столкнулся с таким неприятным явлением, как увод денг со счета PokerStars в размере 19$.
Пополнял только со счета ВебМаней.
В истории транзакций вот такая запись:
05/09/2014. 21:58 Transfer Cashout 19 $ Slavenson 1129597835.
Написал в Саппорт, счет заблокировали потребовали фотографию с документом, сразу сказали что сам виноват что деньги увели.
Вопрос №1 что означает Slavenson в колонке назначения перевода.
Вопрос №2 если это ник найм игрока то почему в ответном письме, саппоррт даже словом не обмолвился о том что займется выяснением деятельности данного игрока.
