В свое время интересовался по этому поводу у суппорта Старзов. Ответили, что покерпролабс среди сайтов, которые согласились закрыть информацию о профите игроков и их РОИ, но не все сайты из перечисленных это сделали. И, мол, когда они это сделают, то будут разрешены. Насколько я знаю (по крайней мере, по отношению к игрокам с Покерстарс), пролабс не показывают РОИ, но показываю профит. В списке запрещенных инструментов только одна программа от пролабс (в списке под номером 30):

PokerStars has a third party data collection policy which requires such
sites to not display any profitability data for players that have no given
express permission to do so, and requires sites to allow complete opt-out
from any data being displayed (even to customers).
The following sites are among those that have agreed to this policy:

Some of the above sites have not yet made the required changes (pending a
software update by PokerStars), so as of today some are substantially
similar to SharkScope, but that will change very soon.
Once that data policy goes into full effect, the above sites will no longer
show ROI (return on investment / player profitability) data on any player
unless they have expressly permitted it by opting in. Those sites will be
permitted.
If your goal is to track your own trends, then we recommend you use a hand
history analyzer to import your own hand histories as they happen. Among the
many available trackers are:

If you wish your past historical data to be available, PokerStars would be
pleased to send to you a copy of every hand history you have ever played, in
