The criterion for the Rake-Race simply is the amount of rake collected over the period of the Cake Poker Race. The players are thus ranked by their StrategyPoints.

2. Raked-Hands-Race with $10,000 prize money
The criterion for the Raked-Hands-Race leaderboard is the amount of raked hands completed during the period of the Cake Poker Race.
We talk about a 'raked' hand whenever a player participates to a hand where rake is deducted from the pot. You are participant to a hand as soon as you've received cards during that round. If there is no flop, for instance, there is no rake and the hand thus doesn't count as "raked"
