PokerStrategy.com undergoing server maintenance
We are making some much-needed improvements, which have an impact on how you can use PokerStrategy in the next week.
From Monday 1:00 PM CET, PokerStrategy.com will start a server upgrade to bring its tech stack in line with modern requirements. While our servers will stay online, all content that is created after Monday 3rd of August 11AM CET will not be migrated into our new server.
This is necessary as the whole PokerStrategy database has to be migrated into our upgraded platform – which is not an instant process.
The process is anticipated to last till Tuesday, 11th of August. We appreciate your patience in this time!
What does it mean for users?
- Every forum post you make after 1 PM on Monday will be lost once the server upgrade has been finished.
- All changes to your accounts will be reverted – password changes, new accounts, changes to signatures etc.
What are we doing?
- We will upgrade our forum software.
- We will streamline and prepare to streamline some functionalities, like moving our video services to a more performant system.
- We are creating the foundations to restart rewarding players for their activities on partner rooms. Due to technical limitations, player reward systems will be temporarily offline until tracking recommences at the end of Q3 2026 – new features included.
