Top 250: Introducting Daily Updates
From now on, you will be able to check your progress in our Top 250 and Top Ten Jackpot promotions every day. Let's take a look at the week 3 standings.
Good things come to those who wait! We have worked on improving our leaderboard system and from now on your points will be updated daily. This means that you can check your rank in the Top 250 and Top Ten Jackpot promotion every day.
MaximumShark Still Leading
Speaking of our two major promotions, we now have the results after more than three weeks of play. Just like last week, maximumshark is in the lead, and he now has 38,368 StrategyPoints, which means he is ranked 27th in the international leaderboard. That rank could bring him a nice $1,000 in cash if he maintains his spot until the end of the July.
Ranked second is smidlo, who accumulated a total of 21,665 StrategyPoints so far. Since he is the runner-up in our Top Ten Jackpot promotion, he will be able to get the $400 prize this month.
In third place we have an old favourite, opal99, who scored 19,532 StrategyPoints so far. There are a few more days left but he might be a serious threat for smidlo and we might see them switching places before the end of the month.
Other known faces include sm112 (13,513 StrategyPoints), who was recently added to the Diamond Interview Series and thelastnail (13,145 StrategyPoints). They are ranked 8th and 9th respectively.

Top 10 International Rankings
Let's now take a look at our international rankings, where caber had an impressive run so far this month, earning more than 150,000 StrategyPoints, which is almost double the amount of points compared to the runner-up.
Speaking of runner-up, we have karlo123 ranked second, with 86,136 StrategyPoints so far. In third place we see diesereine, who now has a little over 65,000 StrategyPoints.

2009: $100,000 promotion bonuses each month!
In this year as well we will distribute at least $1,200,000 in bonuses within the TOP250 promotion
alone. The top finisher of

Top Ten Jackpot Promotion: The prize pool
In July, the best 10 PokerStrategists from our community will play to get a share of the $1,750 prize pool.
In case one of our community members has managed to be both amongst the best 250 players of the TOP 250 promotion
and the Top Ten Jackpot promotion, he or she will receive the
higher prize of the two. The lower prize will go into our international
jackpot.

Grab your share of the Jackpot
The Top Ten Jackpot Promotion will take place in all of our 14
communities and will be repeated also in July. The money which has gone into the jackpot in May, June and July will then be divided among the winners. The more players manage to finish within both the Top 10 of
their respective community and the overall Top 250, the bigger the
international jackpot will be.
Example: At the end of our Top Ten Jackpot promotion in March the jackpot was $6,800. If this amount will be collected as well in the months of May, June and July, the overall jackpot would be an astonishing $20,400!
After the end of the promotion we will have a lottery. Every
member
who has collected at least 3,000 StrategyPoints during one month
qualifies for lottery tickets, no matter if he is in one of
our Top promotions or not.
Members who collect at least 3,000
StrategyPoints during one month will get one lottery ticket each, while members who collect
at least 7,500 StrategyPoints during one month will get two lottery tickets each.
Thereby, you will simultaneously reach the Platinum or Diamond status
respectively.
Example: If you collect 3,000 SP in May, 7,500 SP in June and 3,000 SP in July you will get a total of 4 tickets for the lottery.
5 of the lottery ticket holders will get their share of the
jackpot: 30% will go to number 1, 25% to number 2, 20% to number 3, 15% to number 4 and the remaining 10%
to number 5.
