$1M GTD in the MicroMillions Main Event

Get ready for the grand finale of the most iconic low-stakes series in the world. At least $1,000,000 will be up for grabs on Sunday at 20:00 CET.

The most popular low buy-in online poker festival has once again been a full success at PokerStars as MicroMillions made its 16th return to the tourney schedule at the biggest poker room of the world.

The festival with a total of 147 events delivered another frenzy of low-cost tournaments in a wide variety of formats and millions up for grabs, with the biggest highlight of them all still yet to come.

The grand finale is due this Sunday at 20:00 CET, with the $22 MicroMillions Main Event guaranteeing a prize pool of $1,000,000, at least $100,000 going to the winner and players still able to win a seat for just $0.35 in special Spin & Go's.

Apart from that, twenty other events of MicroMillions 16 will still be played out, amongst them a $5.50 Progressive Knockout on Sunday at 15:30 CET with a prize pool of $100,000 as well as the final day of the $4.40 Phased Event on Sunday at 21:15 CET, with Phase 1's still running around the clock up until Sunday afternoon.

The Golden Button Challenge

Meanwhile, PokerStars started another promotion to keep their cashgame players warm and cozy at the tables as well while winter is creeping in.

This time the Golden Button Challenge puts up the prospect of winning a random cash reward of up to $5,000 every day by completing a puzzle consisting of several cards of aces you need to receive in different positions at the table.

Taking part is as simple as it gets:

• Opt-in each day via the Challenges Window by clicking the Start button
• Play Hold'em cash games including Zoom with at least four players at the table

Each time you win a hand holding an ace you will match a regular ace in the puzzle. And if you win holding an ace from the dealer button, you will match a golden ace card. You can only collect one puzzle piece per hand though.

Once you've completed the challenge of the day, you'll be able to collect your cash reward of up to $5,000, credited instantly. Remember to opt-in again though each day until December 1 when the promo runs out.
