Our strategy section is constantly growing which can make it difficult to follow action on all frontiers. From now on we will update you with all the quizzes you might have missed in the past weeks or months, whether it is NL, FL or SnG related.

QuizAn important part of our strategy section are the
quizzes. They combine both fun and learning experience as you get a
chance to test your knowledge, but what if you missed some of the
previous ones? They are all still available for you to take them and
now we will make that easier for you. As an old saying goes, if you
won't come to the mountain, the mountain will come to you.

This week we are bringing you a list of all the quizzes you might have
missed in the past weeks or months related to Fixed Limit Hold'em.

quizzes for our basic members
QuizA quiz for our basic members, one wouldn't expect science fiction out of it, right? Well better think twice before skipping it as one of the biggest mistakes we can make is to overlook some of the beginning steps, thus building our poker knowledge with a hole in it from the starting point.

Overcards are one of the first places where you should look for such holes in your knowledge. Sometimes we love these cards, sometimes they don't love us. Either way, they
are one of the most frequent hand combinations you will be holding
after the flop.

How to play them properly? The Overcards 2.0
article covers that problem for you, once you feel ready, the following
quiz will test if you gained a good grasp of playing overcards.
FL: How do you play overcards?

QuizHow
good is your...knowledge of Fixed Limit Hold'em? The following two
quizzes will help you find the answer to that
question. The first quiz is split into two parts, one offering you a
sample hand with given reads and the other dealing with various
situations in heads-up and 3-handed play.
How good is your hold'em...

The
second quiz puts you in several situations in which you have to decide
what's your best move, call, fold, or raise. To make things trickier, 4
out of the 10 questions are harder, thus awarding more points for
correct answers. This quiz is made to improve both your intuition for
equity and your perception of ranges this way, since they are the key
to our course of action.
How good is your ... #2

When
you begin your Fixed Limit journey you have to be aware of one thing,
leaks in your play will occur and you can either be oblivious to them
or find and fix them. Even if you feel confident in your play thus far, don't hesitate to take the quiz as every piece of information you get can earn you an extra coin on every
table you will play in the future. Fit for the next step?

Reading
your opponent is an important part of playing poker, but it becomes
even more important in short-handed games where both stats and notes on
your opponents can maximize the profit you suck out of them.

It's
a tough field out there, everyone is trying to improve so don't give
the other players an edge over you, be prepared and learn how to
deviate from the standard play and the charts. This quiz will help you
adjust to your opponents' style of play as it confronts you with
classical examples of calling stations, maniacs, etc.

QuizThe
river is the street in which you will mostly run into big decisions, as
everything you have done thus far can utterly collapse if you make a
wrong call here.

Improving your play on the river will certainly
influence your winning rate and there is just the quiz for something
like that:

Quiz

As one of the legends of poker would probably say, the secret to
improving your play is to look for holes in it and keep on looking.
The center of your attention should again be the river. How often have you
folded in wrong spots without knowing it and how often have you called
hands instead of saving that money for another day?

How far has your river play evolved? It's more than enough questions for one day and you can find the answers in the quiz below:

The
following quiz will offer you something different. Instead of directly
choosing to call, fold or raise, you will be presented with various
situations where you have to choose the answer with the correct
justification to the action.

Only one answer is correct, which means you won't get any of those "you
were very close so we'll give you a consolation point". If you feel
ready to take the quiz, then the link below will lead you to it.
Different Spots

A table with complete fish all over it, but a decent player decides to
sit down at the same table, how to proceed? You certainly don't want to
let go of your fish just because others joined the hunt. There will
always be other players at the table who use theirs head besides their
money. In order to maximize your profit you need to learn and improve
your play when such players join the table.
