Leaking the MSS - A Look at What's In Store

Our brand new Mid Stack Strategy is just around the corner and will be rolled out worldwide on the 21st of February. Here's a sneak peek at what you can expect from our upcoming content. Take a look at some of the charts that will be available inside.

Tell me a bit more about MSS!

  • Buyin is 40BB on all rooms
  • Played on 9-max tables (as opposed to 10-max tables like the SSS. No Short Handed strategy for now)
  • Post-flop: Variable betting behaviour and betting size depending on your hand, the board, and your opponents.

What charts can I expect?

  • Bankroll Management Chart (instead of the tables we had before)
  • Pre-flop: Raising Chart, 3-Betting Chart, Steals & Resteals Chart (new approach to presenting information about pre-flop hand ranges)
  • Post-flop: Post-flop Chart, Freeplay Chart (tree-diagrams that enable you to find your decision quickly)

Here's a sneak peek at a couple of the charts:

MSS Chart

Our postflop behaviour in the MSS considers such factors as the number of our opponents, the texture of the board, and of course - our hand on the flop. These factors and the decisions related to them however are kept simple and are presented in a concise form. Also, with the help of the charts you will always have a visual aid as to how your hand should be played at any given moment.

When is the MSS coming?

The MSS is only a few days away and will be available to all PokerStrategists on the 21st of February. Keep an eye out for Step 4 and your chance to start using this brand new strategy as soon as it's released.
