Playing a Zoom game after all but one of the players folded, a heads up took place between yvan161, who raised and his Villain, who plays 46/23 VPIP and has a 13% of 3bet on 71 hands, called.

On the flop, our hero was gifted a second pair when two 10s ( & ) landed alongside the . At this point yvan161 places an half pot c-bet but is surprised when oppo heavily overbets, going directly all-in. Is this a call or a fold?

As usual, the hand split opinions as leobdx thinks that calling was the wrong move because it represents a 10. Post contributor issiel writes that, while walking away was always likely to be the smarter move, it’s very hard to do so when tempted by these aces.

Even the original poster, yvan161 admits that, through previous experience, a lot of time that move is little more than a bluff which is why he saw the hand all the way to its finish, but jorlejeu disagrees, stating he would have broken the Fold button.
