Football Trumps at iPoker
A new fast format is replacing Speed Poker today at iPoker with a football theme and big jackpots.
It is the same as regular Speed Poker with a football themed table and the images of famous footballers as avatars.
The difference is there are three progressive jackpots in play but the rake has not increased, so it's extra value even if you hate football.
There will be a Daily Jackpot, a Weekly Jackpot and a Mega Sporting Legends Jackpot:
- Daily Jackpot: The Daily Jackpot starts at 00:00 GMT every day and is guaranteed to be won at least once a day (if a jackpot is won before 9PM a new Daily Jackpot will pay out the same day).
- Weekly Jackpot: The Weekly Jackpot starts each Monday at 00:00 GMT and if it is won before 12PM GMT on Saturday a new one will pay out before 23:59 GMT on Sunday.
- Mega Sporting Legends Jackpot: The biggest of the three jackpots does not have a deadline and at the time of writing is worth over €715,000.
The jackpots are awarded at random and all the player has to do to qualify is contribute to the hand. That means making/calling a bet or posting the blinds. Check on the size and timings of the jackpot with the timer below, which will appear on the table:
