There is a reason why GGPoker is the biggest operator in poker - they roll out fun new features at a frenetic pace.

This week they have unveiled several new Prop Bet features in the works, with the first one already available.

The Last Longer Prop Bet is for MTTs and it is an additional side bet amongst a smaller group of players for a specific tournament.

You can pick a Winner Takes All last longer bet or a standard payout structure based on finish positions that would mirror that of the target tournament.

Not only can you join existing Last Longer bets in the GGPoker lobby, but you can also create your own, including private last longer bets between friends. The prop bet can be as little as 10% of a buy-in and as much as 200% of the buy-in of the target tournament.

You have to be registered at the start of the tournament to participate in the last longer or create one, which is a smart way to improve the guarantees of the target events. The prop bets are rake free.

This is no doubt a fun way for casual players to have another sweat in the game, as well as a good way for a serious player with an edge at low stakes to invest more money into lower-stakes games.

It appears two other forms of Prop Bets - Bankroll Challenge and ELO Challenge - are in the works from GGPoker. No word yet on what they might entail.
