Florian 2nd at WPT Side Event

Florian 'Morgoth' Langmann finished second in a €2,000 side event of the WPT in Barcelona and won €52,000. In the heads-up he was only bested by the Swede Mats Iremark.

As the last three players on the table agreed to a deal, Florian 'Morgoth' Langmann
was able to take €52,000 back home and proved once again - after a short barren spell - that he belongs to the best German up-and-coming players and is also able to hold his own among the European poker elite.

His heads-up opponent Mats Iremark isn't a stranger to the field either. His biggest success was the first place in the EPT French Open 2006, where he was able to win €490,000. Since then, Mats can be found quite regularly in the biggest live tournaments in which he is quite successful.
