WSOPC Caesars Palace: Bonomo Wins A Marathon Finals

The WSOPC at Caesars Palace came to an end on Wednesday after one of
the most interesting heads-up confrontations featuring Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi and Justin Bonomo.

Sixten players returned for the final day of the tournament to compete
for a seat at the final table and eventually the title. After an hour
and a half, the play was down to the last nine players which included
Men "The Master" Nguyen, Dwyte Pilgrim and Matt Brady.

It took less than four hours for the heads-up battle to begin and it
turned out to be one of the most exciting ones in the recent past. Michael Mizrachi and Justin Bonomo (pictured left) exchanged the chip lead four times
throughout the evening before Bonomo managed to land the final blow and
win the title after nearly four hours of back-and-forth play.

Bonomo received $237,692 for this victory, along with a WSOPC Championship ring and a Main Event seat. This was not his first big tournament winning, as he already won $230,159 last year when he finished second to Erick Lindgren in the $5,000 Mixed Hold'em event at the 2008 WSOP.
