High Stakes Action: Isildur1 Loses $903k
Isildur1 returned to the nosebleed stakes with a blast, winning over $1.5 million in two days. However, he has now suffered a $903k defeat. His opponents for the day were Justin Bonomo in NLHE and Brian Townsend in PLO.
After two successful days, Isildur1 has now recorded a loss of $903k. According to Highstakesdb, most of his money went to Justin "ZeeJustin" Bonomo and Brian Townsend.
Bonomo played him in No Limit Hold'em and after around 1,300 hands had pocketed $300k against one of the toughest NLHE opponents you can run into in online poker.
Isildur1 loses $600k to Townsend
The real trouble for Isildur1 began when he started a PLO $300/$600 session against Townsend. The latter picked up an early profit of $450k, but Isildur1 fought back in the next 450 hands, even gaining a small lead over Townsend.
