Patrik Antonius patiently grinded his way up to a profit of $2.6 million in April. His compatriot Ilari "Ziigmund" Sahamies found himself down by $1.5 million for the same month.

Arguably three of the best cash game players in the world took the top 3 spots on the winners list for April according to HighstakesDB. Meanwhile, the list of top 10 players who have lost the most in April saw several names who were also on that list in March.
Antonius' silent march to $2.6 million profit
After ending three consecutive months in red, Patrik Antonius has emerged as the biggest winner of nosebleed action in April. His steady rise to a profit of $2.6 million went relatively unnoticed until the very end of the month.
This was mostly due to Tom "durrrr" Dwan taking the spotlight throughout the month. durrrr played 38,294 hands in 664 sessions, ending April up by over $1.35 million. In comparison, Antonius played 16,193 hands across 592 sessions.

thecranium took the second place with a deficit of nearly $570k. Meanwhile, Justin "ZeeJustin" Bonomo found himself in the third place, as he lost just over $520k in April.
The losers' list for April also has Brian Townsend in the 6th place - the same rank he held in March. Gus Hansen is on this list as well, though this time with a modest $375k loss compared to his $1.6 million downfall in March.
