At the English Poker Open 2010 in London, Fabian 'fabstinho' Quoss emerged as the winner from a field of 193 players and took home £220.000.

London is currently in the center of the poker world. Not only has the WSOP Europe just kicked off in the city, it was also host to the English Poker Open 2010. A total of 193 players participated in the £3,500 + £250 No Limit Hold'em event, among them Liv Boeree and Phil Laak.
Also in the race was PokerStrategist Fabian 'fabstinho' Quoss, who finished the PartyPoker World Tour in seventh place only two weeks ago. He qualified for the English Poker Open through a freeroll in Mayfair's Palm Beach Casino in London.
The final table consisted of players such as Matthew Frankland, chip leader at the time, Sebastian Crul, Felipe Ramos, Andrew Brennan, Brent Lehring, Mark Norman, Salman Behbehani and Stephen Chimelski.
After Frankland was eliminated by Sebastian Crul, the latter went on to face Fabian Quoss in the final heads-up match.

After the event, fabstinho commented on his triumph: "I finally won a tournament! It was my fourth heads-up, the first three of which I had lost. The final table was played at a very high level, even when compared to my WPT final table. It was really tough".
