3 News You May Have Missed: Isildur1, High Stakes Poker, Macau Cash Games
We're back with more topics that may have flown below your radar. In our newest part of the series, we have a look at two "heated" chat sessions featuring Isildur1, jungleman12 and Ziigmund, but we also have more info on the upcoming High Stakes Poker season and the crazy cash games in Macau.
Isildur1 and Ziigmund vs jungleman12: Round 1, Fight!
Daniel Cates, known as jungleman12 on Full Tilt Poker and w00ki3z on PokerStars, has been the center of two recent chat & play sessions - one with Isildur1 on PokerStars ($50/$100 NL) and the other with Ziigmund on Full Tilt Poker ($100/$200 and $300/$600 PLO).
Basically, Isildur1 and Ziigmund took turns berating jungleman12. Here are some parts from their chats:

That's right, Ziigmund just called him "Rainman". Apparently, Isildur1 was down around $40k when the session ended, so he didn't keep his promise. Not only that, but he also apologized to jungleman12 for acting up. Ziigmund lost around $35k and he obviously did not apologize.
High Stakes Poker: Season 7 starting in February

POKER PROductions, the company behind High Stakes Poker, recently announced that the 7th season will start airing on Saturday, February 26th.
We previously mentioned here that this season will not feature any Full Tilt pro, mainly due to the fact that PokerStars is sponsoring the show.
Not much is known about the line-up nor the format, so we will have to wait until the first episode to see this. So far, several names have been revealed and they include the likes of:
- Daniel Negreanu
- Barry Greenstein
- Doyle Brunson
- Phil Galfond
- Phil Laak
- Andrew Robl
- Jonathan Duhamel
No Full Tilt pros on the show could prove to be a big hit for its ratings, but maybe we're wrong. On the other hand, there are still plenty of big names in there and besides, some other players will have their chance to shine. Let's just wait and see.
Also, did you notice that Hellmuth is not on the list? We don't want to assume too much yet, but maybe it's a hint that he's going to join Full Tilt?
Huge cash game action returning to Macau?

It seems so. According to Tom Hall, who wrote a thread on the 2+2 forums, those crazy cash games are about to resume.
Tom Hall wrote: "I played a bit recently in the game, mainly locals, game was nice!! John Juanda stopped by for a few days on the way to Aussie Million, don’t think Tom Dwan was in town. A stop off after Aussie Millions by a few of the pros is a definite possibility though."
A few months ago, these huge games attracted the likes of Phil Ivey and Tom "durrrr" Dwan to Macau. Back then, Dwan was rumored to have won around $9 million, so he'll probably be back there if the action picks up. We wrote about this here and here if you're looking for more info.
We don't know about you, but we're definitely looking forward to another set of sky-high cash games.
