In Event #24 at the 2011 World Series of Poker, 40 players have won their first table to advance to day 2, and 1 of them is Team PokerStrategy.com's Thorsten 'thorsten77' Schäfer.
Thorsten77 and the 39 other remaining players have already guaranteed themselves a $13,368 cash.
The winner of the event will take home $436,568 and a gold bracelet to call their own.
Other well-known players remaining in the field include James Akenhead, Gavin Smith, Justin Bonomo, and Erik Seidel.
