Watch Stapes neck a disgusting smoothie

We round-up some of the fun stories you may have missed this week, including a big bluff from Dan Bilzerian.

Breakfast with Stapes

Popular EPT commentator Joe Stapleton will undoubtedly regret agreeing to this challenge, but - much like his assistant for the task Jason Mercier - we think you'll enjoy watching him throw pickled onions, marmite, brussel sprouts and an entire full english breakfast into a blender and then attempt to chug the horrifying brown smoothie that results:

Bilzerian's double bluff

Instagram playboy Dan Bilzerian is well known for flaunting his wealth, particularly at the poker table, so this image of him preparing to bluff off a million with 73o is certainly nothing out of the ordinary, until you look a little closer that is:

Is it common high roller practice for players to have chips from both The Aria and The Bellagio in play at once? Or is Bilzerian's latest brag just an expensively staged, poorly executed publicity stunt?

Thanks to F5Poker for bringing this one to our attention.

Give me some of that bad!

There have been a lot of interesting reactions to Dan Colman's "poker is bad but I'll continue to milk it dry anyway" attitude around the community, but this hilarious response from a red-faced, arm flailing Nolan Dalla on Poker Night in America has to be the best:

Duff Man's all-in! Ohhh yeahhh

Duff Man

We knew The Simpsons writer Sam Simon liked his cards thanks to multiple appearances on High Stakes Poker, but did you know the man behind the voice of 80 characters on the show (including the likes of Moe, Apu and Duff Man), Hank Azaria, enjoys playing too?

In a recent interview, Azaria talks passionately about his love for the strategic side of the game, reveals that he's up $15K having put in a session "once a week for a year and a half", and also confesses that despite considering himself at a standard "above average", he would still struggle to beat poker for a living.
