A showbiz poker story of epic proportions as the Baywatch star may have got her soon-to-be ex-husband in trouble with the tax man.

TMZ has reported that Pamela Anderson has claimed that Rick Salomon won big last year, and that she is entitled to half of it.

Salomon wants to get their marriage annulled, but Anderson wants to get a divorce, which would entitle her to half his winnings.

TMZ reported that legal documents claim that Salomon won $40 million from banker Andy Beal last year. In one session Beal was up $13 million at the Bellagio, only to eventually end up down $16 million.

This amount makes Todd Brunson's recent $5 million win against Beal seem insignificant. It also suggests that Salomon was a bigger winner than One Drop champion Daniel Colman last year.

Anderson is also claiming that Salomon is lying about where he lives to avoid a hefty tax bill. He is saying he lives in Nevada, where there is no state income tax, but she says they lived together in California where there is a 13% tax bill.

Do you believe that Rick Salomon won $40 million in one year? Does that make him the biggest winner of all time, if true? Let us know in the comments.
