Will new poker movie Cold Deck finally buck the trend? Probably not, but here's the trailer anyway.
Paul Sorvino from Goodfellas and Robert Knepper from Prison Break are set to star, alongside relative unknown lead actor Stéfano Gallo.

It appears that the storyline will revolve around the main protagonist committing the ultimate sin of game selection and bankroll management - borrowing money from gangster to play, then playing in a game with armed mobsters and axe-wielding maniacs.
