The worst poker swap deal ever?

We round-up some of the stories you may have missed, including a funny swap for Dominik Nitsche and could poker have its own Royal Rumble?

Aaaaaaand I'm out

Everyone knows about the variance in poker tournaments, which is precisely why we sell shares and swap percentages. At the very least as a backer you get a fun sweat in the tournament for your money.

Royal Rumble for poker?

January is a big month for wrestling fans, as it is the month of the Royal Rumble. The classic over-the-top-rope elimination match sees 30 wrestlers enter the ring one at a time, until only one man is left standing.

America's Dumbest Criminals

There is considerable variance involved in robbing anywhere, especially a heavily guarded casino, so the last thing you want to do if you pull it off is to....go gambling in another casino.

That's what career criminal George Goodrie did this month. He robbed a staff member of the Emerald City Casino in Montana at gunpoint. Instead of fleeing the State he decided that he now had a big enough bankroll to try and win a fortune at the slots in another casino just one block away.

Police recognised his car parked near the casino and arrested him at the slot machines.
