The PSPC is finally being shown on TV

Watch our exclusive video of a German player being put to the test in last year's iconic $25,000 High Roller.

If you have been watching more television during the lockdown, you may have noticed the PokerStars Players No Limit Hold'em Championship (PSPC) is finally being broadcast.

The tournament which took place over a year ago brought over 300 amateur players to play in a $25,000 High Roller event featuring the best players in the world. The tournament is due to happen again this August in Barcelona, although that remains to be seen in light of the Covid-19 lockdown. 

Here is an excerpt from the latest episode, which sees amateur German player Christopher Putz put to the test by Kalidou Sow:

The broadcasts look to follow the amateur players who won Platinum Passes and who made this unique tournament what it was. We see taxi drivers, knitting, NBA stars and even Tony Hawk among the usual faces we expect to see playing High Roller tournaments. 

Among the countries that are broadcasting the show you can watch the PSPC every Thursday night on Channel 4 in the UK and every Saturday on DMAX in Germany. Check your own local listings for more information where you are for this show.
