Adam Friedman wins 4th bracelet in 4th consecutive WSOP
A fifth career bracelet for Friedman, four of which have come one every year in the last four World Series of Pokers.
Last year we were praising Adam Friedman for winning the $10,000 Dealer's Choice Championship three times in a row - a feat that is unlikely to be matched in poker.
On Sunday night he kept the accolades going, as he won the $10,000 Seven Card Stud Championship for $248,254, besting a field of 95 and a final table that included Phil Ivey.
In doing so he has managed to win four bracelets in four consecutive World Series of Pokers. The only other players who have managed that are Doyle Brunson, Bill Boyd and Loren Klein. His last four bracelets were also all championship titles.
He is also one of only 30 people to boast five career bracelets overall, having also won a $5,000 Stud Hi/Lo bracelet in 2012.
While having been somewhat under-the-radar previously, he now surely puts himself in the discussion for best all around/most versatile player in the game.
