One of the most eagerly awaited and enjoyable High Roller spectacles in recent times gets underway today at the Triton series in London.

The Luxon Pay Pro/Am is an invitational event with a $200,000 entry fee that gives amateur players a shot against the professionals.

The last time this event took place, recreational player Ramin Hajiyev shocked the pros and took it down for over $4 million.

The format includes two brackets, one with professionals playing on one side and recreational players on the other side. It is a freezeout and the two brackets meet on Day 2. Previously there was a cap on the overall number of players at 64, which appears to have been lifted.

For a professional to play, they have to be invited by a recreational player. Paul Phau and Jason Koon are part of a committee to determine which invited players will be classed as pros or amateurs.

You can see the full lineup so far, with the rich recreational player and the pro player they have invited next to them. More names have registered, but it is unknown who invited them and/or if they are on the pro side of the bracket:
