CoinPoker is running hot right now. After being announced as promotional ambassador for the ongoing Triton Series in Montenegro, the brand wasted no time launching its $25,000 giveaway.

At the same time, the World Poker Masters, CoinPoker’s biggest online poker tournament series so far, is in full swing. The legendary FREE50 CoinPoker x PokerStrategy.com Promotion also created huge buzz by giving 1,000 new players a free poker bankroll, although the offer is now fully claimed, a clear case where those who reacted quickly secured the value.

That already makes for an impressive run of value, but one major storyline deserves just as much attention: CoinMasters. It has become one of the most exciting online poker promotions of recent years, with players racing to complete their coin collections. So who is currently leading the chase, which coins are still missing, and who has the best shot at unlocking the biggest rewards?

The first player with six coins

ggggUnit has made CoinMasters history by becoming the first player to collect six unique Coins, moving just one victory away from triggering the Championship Final Table countdown.

The milestone came with a first-place finish in a $25 CoinMasters LATAM event, where ggggUnit claimed the SHIBA Coin and more than $3,000 in prize money. Their collection now includes BITCOIN, DOGE, PENGU, BONK, SHIBA, and FLOKI, leaving only the PEPE Coin between them and the complete seven-Coin set.

Once that final Coin is secured, the countdown toward the $100,000 poker career package begins. It also means ggggUnit will soon own six physical silver and gold-plated CoinMasters trophies, alongside the matching digital awards displayed in their CoinPoker Trophy Cabinet.

The run started back in August 2025, when ggggUnit won their first CoinMasters title in the toughest event of the collection, the $150 BITCOIN tournament. With that key win already completed, the remaining Silver Coin events are considered slightly more attainable.

The latest race can be tracked through the CoinMasters leaderboard, which is updated every Monday. Several well-known players are also making progress, including Bencb and girafganger7, who recently added a Gold Coin from the BITCOIN event.

Most Competitive Stage Yet

The wider CoinMasters leaderboard has now reached its most competitive stage so far, with several players still chasing the full seven-Coin collection.

Three players currently sit on five Coins:

Player Coins Collected
GamblersFallacy PENGU, PEPE, BONK, SHIBA, and two FLOKI Coins
Symmetry DOGE, PENGU, PEPE, BONK, and SHIBA
Auzd1n DOGE, PEPE, SHIBA, FLOKI, and two BONK Coins

Players involved in the chase have also highlighted the appeal of the promotion, from the variance-driven possibility of a sudden heater to the prestige of winning special events, collecting trophies, and making CoinMasters history.

The countdown officially begins once one player completes all seven unique Coin victories. From there, CoinMasters events continue for two final months before the Championship Final Table takes place.

ggggUnit has won the most difficult coin

As the race moves toward its decisive stage, ggggUnit appears to hold the strongest position among the top contenders. The key reason is simple: they are the only player in the leading group who already owns the BITCOIN Coin, traditionally one of the hardest Coins to win.

That matters because BITCOIN events are played on Sundays, with three major versions on the schedule: BITCOIN ASIA $122, BITCOIN $150, and BITCOIN LATAM $150. These events not only carry the highest buy-ins in the CoinMasters lineup, but also tend to attract much larger Sunday fields than the weekday events.

During CoinMasters Gold Weeks, the $150 CoinMasters BITCOIN event runs every day except Friday across the Global, Asia, and LATAM schedules, giving challengers more chances than usual to collect this key Coin. However, time is limited, and every missed opportunity now makes ggggUnit’s advantage even more significant.

ggggUnit’s final target is now the PEPE Coin, which can be won on Wednesdays. That gives them a more favorable path, as weekday CoinMasters Events come with six different event versions instead of only three Sunday BITCOIN events. The PEPE schedule includes buy-ins of $22, $88, $25, $109, $25, and $109, creating more opportunities to take the final step.

With the hardest Coin already secured and only one weekday Coin left to win, ggggUnit has a major advantage in the final stretch of the CoinMasters race.

Hall of Fame Freerolls

Once the Championship Final Table is complete, CoinMasters players will have even more value to chase through $100,000 in exclusive Hall of Fame Freerolls.

The Hall of Fame lineup features three freerolls in total: a $50,000 event open to all Coin holders, plus additional $30,000 and $20,000 freerolls for players who collected multiple Coins during the promotion.

With more than 1,230 Coins already awarded across CoinMasters Global, Asia, and the new LATAM schedule, hundreds of players are currently on track to qualify for these special Hall of Fame events.

World Poker Masters Gold Weeks

CoinPoker’s CoinMasters Gold Weeks are now live as part of the World Poker Masters, bringing extra Gold Coin opportunities to the schedule through May 24.

During the promotion, the $150 CoinMasters BITCOIN runs every day except Friday across the Global, Asia, and LATAM schedules. That gives players far more chances than usual to chase the rarest Coin in the series, with prize pools reaching as high as $250,000, well above the standard level.

Every BITCOIN victory comes with a real gold-plated Coin as well as a matching digital trophy in the CoinPoker Trophy Cabinet.
