Ist bei der Struktur aber auch nicht allzu verwunderlich. Klingt ja nicht so nach einem angenehmen Spielen.

wundert mich eh das überhaupt soviele mitspielen bei diesen crapshoots. Klar sie können nicht für jedes 1k Event 5 Tage einplanen, aber bei den Strukturen sind doch leider haupsächlich hittingskills entscheident um sich eins der heissbegehrten Bracelets zu sichern

...genau deswegen spielen doch soviele Hobbyspieler die Turniere. In den anderen geben sie sich einfach keine Edge bzw. können sie sich kaum leisten.
...so ist es, trotzdem schade das für den kleinen Geldbeutel kein "gutes" Turnier bei der wsop dabei ist. Naja wayne flieg eh erst nächstes Jahr hin

lol, no - not tonight. try sometime in the late summer maybe. at least that would be my guess because they will start broadcasting the stuff so that the main event coverage ends in november for the november 9 final table.

In other news, Allanon and Nazgul both went all in, in the last hand before the dinner break. Both of them lost, Allanon lost, and Nazgul has around 8 big blinds left to start Level 7.
For Nazgul, he moved all in, and was call by the only girl on the table (who Nazgul describes as the worst player he has played against yet, in this WSOP). She had limped in and called almost instantly.
Nazgul showed A4s, the girl showed KJs. The flop came KKJ and that was that.
For Allanon, he raised the CO to 600 with 46s (spades, his favourite suit apparently), and he thought the BU who had a big stack, was itching to 3-bet him. The big stack did just that with a raise to 1,600, and he moved all in. BU called and showed KK. Allanon said that he felt he had a perfect stack (8,000 chips) to 4-bet shove there, and the fact that it was the last hand before the break also made him feel that the BU will have a light range.
BongBob told me during dinner that he thought it was a bad shove though.
When you meet Allanon again, can you pleeease tell him as a massage from me, Koko: " STOP SPEWING AROUND, DONKEY, FFS!!!"

Day 5 is starting soon.
Today, the team members Nazgul, Allanon, RobbieV and BongBob will all be playing in Event #6, $5,000 No Limit Hold'em Shootout. It start in about 30 minutes. So far i think we have only about 20 tables for the event (at least according to registration numbers from last night). It start in 20 minutes.
Guennilicous will be playing in Day 2 of the $1,500 No Limit Hold'em Event #5. He will start at 2.30pm ET (11.30 pm CET)
Before i start the coverage for today, heres some quick updates from yesterday's action.
Event #2, $50k Poker Player's Championship is down to its final table with just 8 tables left. Both the Mizrachi brothers are in the final. Here are the top 8 chip counts:

There are 36 tables open for the tournament. Still some seats available but registration will close once it hits 360, according to the announcement.

I forgot to report earlier that players start with 15,000 chips. And the first level blinds is at 50/100.
RobbieV just knocked out Jeff Sarwer with AA against QQ.
Sarwer open raised, got 2 callers, Robbie squeezed, Sarwer 4-bet, RobbieV shoved and Sarwer called. He won the hand and is now at around 33k chips.
In the hand before that, Sarwer had open raised, got one caller and RobbieV squeezed. Sarwer fold, the caller makes it 2,400, RobbieV ups it to 6,000 and villain folded.
On BongBob's table, Andreas Hoivold just sat down.
