Habe folgende Mail von Mansion bekommen:
Dear XXX,
Our records show that you have not logged into your account for 180 days.
A $7.50 administration fee (or currency equivalent) will be charged to your inactive account. If your balance is less than $7.50, your balance will be reduced to zero and your account will be closed.
The charge will be deducted from your account balance on: 15 October 2010.
This fee will not be charged if your account is activated on or before 15 October 2010.
Reactivating your account is easy: Just log in and enter a tournament with a cash entry fee, or play a raked hand of poker.
If your account is frozen for any reason, please contact our security team at security@mansion.com to resolve outstanding issues on your account.
Ist das normal? Besonders, daß man einem so eine Email mit einem Ultimatum zum 15.10. erst am 26.10. schickt?
