Bei mir war die erste Rate innerhalb von 1 Tag auf MB. Ist halt doof, wenn man jede Woche nur $250 auscashen kann.
Wann kann man wieder auscashen? Eine Woche nach Beantragung oder eine Woche naxh erfolgter Auszahlung?

Although two of the big poker sites Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars have agreed to settle with never offering gambling for real money inside the United States again, the third site Absolute Poker and a fourth smaller site owned by the same site Ultimate Bet have not agreed on this issue.

All these sites have made it a priority to refund the cash out of the accounts to all their US customers, but Absolute Poker is not giving up the fight against the US government. The finance minister of the island of Antigua has stated that they will stand the ground and pursue a sanction against the US government through the WTO.
When the US government had pursued a similar argument earlier with the WTO, Antigua was awarded $21 million in intellectual property rights held by US businesses and hence the Caribbean government is now confident that they will fight the same argument once again and win once again against the US government just like they had before.
A spokesperson for Absolute Poker has already mentioned that they are reviewing and considering the offer made by the US government although the Antiguan government is against it. The offer is very similar to the one made to Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars. As days pass by Absolute Poker’s rivals make more profits due to its absence in cyberspace.
Kevin Smith, who is a project director at MyPokerBasics states that the island of Antigua earns billions of dollars in annual revenue due to online poker and that money provides employment to several thousand people who work on the island. Hence the finance minister will not allow this issue to pass away so easily and will definitely fight for the tax revenue, especially since the WTO has already voted against the US government on the same argument a few years ago.
It is not easy to settle such an issue, wherein two governments have a say and the people have a say and a lot has to be settled in order to reach a suitable solution. A lot depends on the people of America and what they think about the matter, which is right now not being considered by the US government that claims to be working for the people. The US government has to re-consider bringing down the income of so many homes when they make any huge move against online poker.

Wie kann es sein, dass hier einige ihre 250 Dollar Auszahlen lassen können und bei anderen werden die Anträge abgelehnt. Spiele dort seit 4 Jahren und werde wie Dreck behandelt.
Keine aussagekräftige AW auf meine Fragen im Livechat. Nur copy & paste Geblubber.

Kannst froh sein, dass du überhaupt nur einen cent von denen zurück bekommen hast. Die sind halt Verbrecher und sollte alle abgestraft werden. Das die Bosse von denen jetzt die "Gegen die Strom Alternative" gewählt haben, ist nur ein weiterer Indiz für die Unglaubwürdigkeit und Ignoranz der Firma.

Gilt das für AP und UB oder nur für AP?
ich streite mich jetzt schon über 3 wochen wegen einer auszahlung herum:
ich habe ganz normal per banküberweisung eingecasht und wollte nach ein paar wochen wieder per banküberweisung auszahlen (noch vor dem black friday), nach über 1 woche wurde meine auszahlung ohne angaben von gründen storniert.
ich fragte nach und die antwort vom live support war: nochmal probieren -> ging aber leider nicht weil nun banküberweisung nicht mehr als auszahlungsmethode zur verfügung stand.
als ich sagte sie sollen mir ne andere option anbieten (z.b. moneybookers usw.), war der support so dreist und hat gesagt, dass geht nur wenn ich vorher damit einzahle. nachdem ich dann bisschen ernster wurde und dagte, dass sie mir ne option bieten müssen mit der ich an mein geld komme, durfte ich moneybookers auch ohne vorherige einzahlung nutzen.
1 woche später -> auszahlung storniert, angeblich fehler vom mitarbeiter -> anweisung: nochmal probieren, nun warte ich schon wieder seit knapp einer woche auf die bestätigung der auszahlund, die immer noch den status "offen" hat.
-> support gefragt was los ist, da es normal innerhalb von 48h genehmigt werden soll -> standardantworten von wegen: wir beeilen uns blablabla

Es gilt für beide, da UB scheinbar zu AP gehört.
Inhalt war halt einfach, dass AP/UB sich im Gegensatz zu Stars/FTP nicht damit abgefunden haben, kein Online-Glücksspiel in den USA mehr anzubieten, weil die Regierung von Antigua, also dem Inselstaat, wo AP/UB sitzen, mit Hilfe der WTO dagegen ankämpfen will, dass durch diesen Beschluss (Steuer-)Einnahmen in Millardenhöhe( 
) und dadurch tausende Jobs wegfallen.
Scheinbar gab es einen ähnlichen Kampf schonmal vor ein paar Jahren, bei dem Antigua den Streit gegen die USA gewonnen hat, und das versuchen sie halt erneut.
Am Samstag, 16.04.2011 morgens hab ich 1k per Neteller ausgecasht. Auch gleich eine Bestätigungsmail erhalten.
Dann bis Sonntag 24.04. den Status 'pending' und schwupp die wupp wurde das Ganze rejected und wieder aufs Spieler-Konto gebucht (ohne Benachrichtigung, außer in der Account-History das Bla Bla mit den neuen Cashout-Bedingen).
Dann hab ich noch am Sonntag die 250 Bucks beantragt - wieder Bestätigungsmail und seither Status 'pending'.
Support anschreiben spar ich mir, da es mich zu sehr tilten würde^^
Am geilsten find ich die Meldung im Cashier:

wenn unsere auszahlungen gecancelled werden sollten, wie geht ihr dann vor?
lasst ihr das geld einfach aufm account liegen und wartet ab bis sich die lage vielleicht entspannt und hofft gleichzeitig dass der laden nicht dicht gemacht wird (ich sag jetzt mal in den nächsten 2 monaten o. sowas)
oder zockt ihr einfach weiter und versucht das geld zu vermehren um es dann irgendwie doch noch auscashen zu können
bin momentan echt n bisschen ratlos...
Also spielen werde ich dort sicher nicht mehr. Warum sollte ich versuchen, Geld zu vermehren, an das ich evtl. gar nicht mehr ran komme?!
Die haben halt bei mir alleine schon wegen der schlechten Informationspolitik verkackt.
Ist halt nur schade, weil es dort so schöne Ami-Fische und wenig Regulars gab...
Meine 250$, die ich am 22.04. beantragt habe, sind immer noch auf "requested"

Boykottieren und den Laden pleite gehen lassen. Das Geld bekommt man dann ja eh nicht mehr. Vielleicht einen Deal mit seinem Geld aufm account noch schnell mit einem anderen Spieler machen.
Aber...grundsätzlich, je schneller die Firma pleite geht und die Angestellen auf der Strasse stehen, desto besser. Wozu noch ihre Jobs und dass marode Unternehmen finanziell unterstützten, wenn man dran eh nicht partizipiert.
Der LAden hätte schon viel früher dicht machen müssen.
also ich habe vor 7 tagen um 5:51 den cashout request und er kam um 11uhr circa auf nt an. in der software steht, dass man wieder nen neuen requestn kann eine woche nach dem letzen request, also eigentlich müsste ich es schon wieder können , kann ich aber nicht.. bin mal gespannt ob es nach 11uhr geht lolz
