So, jetzt muss es raus. Ich brauche euren Rat.
Ich bin eigentlich ein ganz gediegener Geselle, den nichts so leicht auf die Palme bringt. Solche Dinge wie diese können mich allerdings total zur Weißglut bringen: (kleine story)
Alles begann vor ca. 2 Monaten. Ich wollte Geld von Stars auf Neteller shippen, um für eine Party-Promo einzahlen zu können. Ich besaß (und besitze immer noch 
) einen Express-Account, und wusste nicht, dass man mit dem maximal 1,5k$ auf dem Konto haben darf. Beim Auscashen von Stars hab ich das Limit allerdings überschritten - mein Kontostand wurde daraufhin eingefroren, mit dem Hinweis ich solle doch nun mal mein Konto auf Extended hochstufen... ok, erster Anlauf, ich schicke Perso und noch einen Bescheid vom Studentenwerk über eine Mieterhöhung als Nachweis meiner Adresse hin.
Perso kein Ding - Problem: Mieterhöhungsbescheid gilt nicht als Adressnachweis.
Schön, dacht ich mir. Was nun. Verzweifelt habe ich überlegt, welches Dokument ich als Adressnachweis hinschicken soll.
Man braucht ja sowas:
A full view of a Utility bill (Gas/Electric/Water), Bank statement, Credit card statement, Land line bill (No mobile bills), Cable bill, or Internet bill issued in the last 3 months and under your name
Probleme:
- Utility bills bekomm ich nicht, wohn im Wohnheim, da gibts sowas nicht
- Bank statement, ist doch ein Kontoauszug oder ? Die sind im Moment noch auf meine alte Adresse registriert, hab das letztens geändert, allerdings wurde das aufm letzten Kontoauszug noch nicht aktualisiert
- Kreditkarte hab ich nich. genauso keine land line, kein kabelfernsehen, internet auch über studentenwerk.
Dann kam ich auf die Idee des Jahrtausends:
Ich hole mir eine Meldebescheinigung ausm Einwohnermeldeamt ! Das muss ja wohl DER 1A Nachweis schlechthin sein. Gemacht, 5 Euro oder so bezahlt, zu NETELLER geschickt und
ABGELEHNT ! -> lol !!!
Ich, innerlich schon übelst am ausrasten, diese Mail verfasst:

i already sent you a document before, which you did not accept.
so i thought about any alternative and i went - specially for this adress-verfication process !- for the MOST official document for verification of adress one can EVER get in germany (i even paid money for it), a Meldebescheinigung from the Ortsamt. it comes with a stamp and signature of an official worker there.
all the work and now YOU tell me this is not acceptable, this is just hilarious.
i dont know, but it seems to me that you dont even have any german speaking people there at your office or whatever, in order of being able to recognize the value of the document i sent you.i can only say that i am INCREDIBLY upset with all this stuff here and its really hard for me to stay relatively polite and not to use any bad words, but which would express my mood very clearly.

das ist jetzt 5 Tage her, habe noch keine Antwort bekommen und irgendwie das dumme Gefühl, dass die sich denken: "fdwdhf".
So, meine Frage:
Whats my line ? Welchen Adressnachweis, den fuckin-Neteller auch akzeptiert, kann ich in meiner spezifischen, oben geschilderten Situation hinschicken ?
Immerhin liegen da jetzt 1,65k$ auf dem account und es macht mich fertig wenn ich weiß, dass ich da einfach keinen Zugriff drauf habe.
Fazit: Neteller ist der absolute Scheißverein, sobald ich irgendeinen Nachweis erbracht hab cash ich alles aus und bin da für immer und ewig weg. Drecksladen !
